Relations
From Raging Universe Help
Relations between sectors are managed by your Sector leader. New players do not need to be too familiar with this process - follow the leadership of your sector to simplify this area :)
PEACE
While in peace you can't attack or probe target sector. Declare sector peace you can only after war with this sector.
HOSTILE
Hostile relation shows your intention to make some hostile activity and go to war with this sector. One sector can declare up to 2 other sectors hostile. Sector must be at least 90% your sectors NW or Land.
Hostile bonuses:
- +5% Offensive strength
- +10% Combat & Honor gain
- Access to Offensive probings
- +10% Offence/Defence strength for Sector Leader
- -10% Combat & Honor gains for all attacks by or to sectors outside the hostile
- +35% Land Exploration Costs
WAR
War is a result of hostility, after 2 sectors did enough actions between each other, War will commence. You can be at war only with one sector at a time. War mode will cancel all other relations.
WAR bonuses:
- +10% Offensive strength
- -15% Military losses
- +15% Combat & Honor gain
- Access to Offensive probings
- Access to the Conquest attack
- +10% Offence/Defence strength for Sector Leader
- -60% Combat & Honor gains for all attacks by or to sectors outside the war
- -60% Probe effectiveness involving operations by or to sectors outside the war
- +75% Land Exploration Costs
WAR END
You can end war in 4 ways:
- Both sectors offer peace to each other. Between sector will be declared peace for at least 48 hours;
- Loosing sector will surrender. Sector will loose 5% honor, this honor will be evenly distributed to winner sector kingdoms. Between sector will be declared peace for at least 72 hours;
- Winning sector will withdraw from the war. Sector will loose 1% honor, this honor will be evenly distributed to other sector kingdoms. Peace will not commence;
- Auto WIN. This is a new option to Raging Universe. The sector will win automatically when the winning sector's land gain during the war will reach 5% of the smaller sector's total lands. So, when your sector has a land gain of 500 land against a sector that has a total land of 10 000, your sector will win. To make it simpler, just look at the indicator bar in the relations window.
